Delivery and shipping costs
We use several different shipping methods in the online store. Shipping methods and prices may vary depending on the weight, quantity and dimensions of the product. Not all shipping methods are necessarily available for all products.You can see up-to-date information about the shipping price and shipping methods available for the order at the checkout of the online store. The shipping costs of the selected shipping method are always added to the shopping cart amount. We will ship the order using the shipping method you have chosen.
Delivery time
We aim to process all orders on the business day following the order date. The delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. The delivery time may also vary depending on the selected delivery method. We always strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Deviating product-specific delivery times are announced on the website in the product information. For personalized and made-to-order products, the delivery time is always longer, approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the product. Any generally deviating delivery times are announced separately on the online store pages.
Incorrect deliveries and returns
Products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation from the order date in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Before canceling an order, the customer must contact our customer service at info@kirjaverstas.fi and notify us of the cancellation and the upcoming return of the products. It is possible to make a return for all products or only some of the products in the order. The returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and without defects. Failure to pick up the shipment does not constitute a return of the order. If the package is returned to the seller, we will refund the customer for the ordered products, excluding shipping costs.
Products that have been cut or modified and ordered at the customer's request are not covered by the right to return.
The seller has the right to reduce the value of the product in part or in full if the products have been used, have defects, the original packaging has been lost or the products are otherwise not in the condition in which they were sold to the customer.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred by the return, excluding the return of a faulty or incorrect product. To return a faulty or incorrect product, you can receive a Posti Helposti code from Kirjaverstas Kisu's customer service at info@kirjaverstas.fi. The returned product will be returned according to the price of the most affordable delivery method.
The payment will be refunded in the same way as the order was paid for. For example, if you pay by card, the refund amount will be credited to the card. If this is not possible, another method of refund will be agreed.
